An important State Regional Service Center building within the city of Ft. Pierce Florida was experiencing water intrusion. This client approached RAI with the intent of resolving the problem that stemmed from deteriorating stucco and aging waterproofing. Recognizing the potential to both resolve the issue and raise the building’s aesthetic, RAI proposed a new rainscreen system. A series of metal panels and newly installed curtainwalls will not only seal this building from water intrusion, it will also give back value to the street and the surrounding neighborhood.
